Remote Desktop Support allows one of our expert support agents to access your device remotley and work on it as if they were sat in front of it. Follow these instructions to create a Remote Desktop Session, site back and relax while you wath our support agent work on your screen.
Use our chat widget (bottom right) to speak to an agent on-line or call us. Tell the agent the problem you are having and schedule a remote support session.
The agent will provide you with a Session ID Code. Enter the code below and click connect. This will initiate the Remote Connection, just download the connector app and follow the on screen instructions.
Sit back and relaw while you watch our support agent take controlof your screen as if they were sat in front of your device.
